A trusting partnership is a top priority for the rapidly expanding tristar hotel group. Many details regarding its facilities are often discussed at short notice and only by phone. The company therefore needed a reliable partner capable of providing the complete “Furniture, Fixture & Equipment” (FF&E) package as well as all furniture elements for the bedrooms and public areas while ensuring top quality.
During the first joint project in spring 2018, Tenbrink HotelPlan’s specialists won over the customer with their experience, flexibility and excellent contact with the local general contractor. For the INDIGO Berlin boutique hotel we created top-quality furnishings and equipment within the set budget, in close consultation with the designer. We also wowed the client with our detailed implementation of the concept throughout the hotel.
The result: various colours schemes now lend the INDIGO Berlin’s 118 bedrooms a distinctive character. The dark brown/black shades of the headboards combined with the blue upholstery immediately make an eye-catching and tasteful impression. Various pastel hues on the table tops or cupboard walls create striking contrasts with the bright splashes of colour. Other impressive details include typical accessories from the former GDR, such as Bakelite switches by the bed, or wallpaper printed with motifs, such as the infamous “Alex” TV tower. Particular highlights that Tenbrink HotelPlan dreamed up for the customer comprise: a rooftop bar on the hotel’s roof terrace and the diamond-shaped TV casings in the bedrooms – boasting surfaces made of different-coloured mirror glass.
Given the success of this initial project, tristar is planning to call on Tenbrink HotelPlan’s specialists for its future projects.
