Spacious rooms, maximum comfort and a laid-back Ozzie feel are the distinguishing features of the global Adina Apartment Hotels brand. The nature of the work is particularly multifaceted for Tenbrink HotelPlan, since each renovation project covers completely different areas: from bedrooms, bathrooms and conference rooms to restaurants, not forgetting the replacement of doors, windows and building equipment.
For Adina’s first and oldest hotel on Amerika Plads in Copenhagen, Tenbrink HotelPlan renovated all bedrooms according to designs by Andrew Parr, one of Australia’s top interior designers. The stylish living room area complete with kitchenette is really handy for guests. Our specialists also revamped the conference rooms and restaurants with a brand new design. The “Storehouse” restaurant now has a relaxed vintage air, thanks in particular to the pre-weathered wooden elements, an abundance of plants and atmospheric warm lighting. In this instance, Tenbrink HotelPlan executed the designs by London-based “B3 Designers” to the letter – from the furniture production to the complete renovation including wall cladding. Our specialists also kitted out Adina Apartment Hotels’ conference rooms with multimedia technology, including Creston systems with a projector and media/light/audio control as well as sound systems for the public areas.
As general contractor, Tenbrink HotelPlan coordinated all of the contracted companies in Copenhagen, thereby ensuring on-site building management under Danish law. The project brought together a broad range of trades: from painters, electricians and sanitary professionals to floorers, window manufacturers and air-conditioning/ventilation technicians. We also provided the “Furniture, Fixture & Equipment” (FF&E) package on site.
Tenbrink HotelPlan impressed the customer at all levels thanks to its active cooperation, flexible problem solving skills and value engineering. As a result, we are now Adina Apartment Hotels’ trusted partner for future renovation and new construction projects.
